- Safety Plan, resulting from ISO26262-2 chapter 6.4.3 (click here for template)
- Project plan (refined), resulting from ISO26262-2 Chapter 6.4.3.4
- Safety Case (click here for template) (For ASIL A, the creation of a safety case is not mandatory!)
- Functional Safety Assessment Plan, resulting from ISO26262-2 Chapter 6.4.9
- Confirmation measure reports, resulting from ISO26262-2 Chapter 6.4.7 to 6.4.9
